Refund Eligibility :
A. Refund and Cancellation is only applicable for 10 days from the date of Initiation
B. The orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing an order within My Account or by sending e-mail to hello@mydoorstepservice.com
C. No refund request is applicable due to error in details provided by the customer
D. Post 4 months Registration Request will get Auto-Cancelled without any refund
E. Refund and Cancellation is not applicable due to delays from Government Issue
F. 
Payment Gateway charges will not be refunded. 5% or INR 50 whichever is higher will be deducted if the customer raises a cancellation request either by email or through My Account

Subject to your compliance with our above mentioned cancellation policy and refund eligibility, we are liable to refund your payment in part in the following cases which are based upon the state of ongoing process. Also note amount will be refunded via same source within 10 to 15 working days.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
